These terms apply to the Travel Creationz website, quotations, bookings, accommodation, tours, transfers, flights and other travel services arranged through Travel Creationz.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Travel Creationz, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, shareholders, employees, consultants, partners and suppliers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, expense, inconvenience or injury arising from the use of this website, its booking services or the inability to access or use the website.
Travel Creationz acts as an intermediary between the traveller and independent travel suppliers. Hotels, airlines, tour operators, transfer providers and other services are supplied by independent third parties.
Travel Creationz shall not be liable for supplier failure, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, service interruptions, injury, loss, damage or any matter beyond its reasonable control.
Availability and Pricing
- All prices are subject to availability at the time of enquiry or booking.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Prices may be affected by currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, taxes, levies, fuel surcharges and seasonal pricing.
- Prices quoted are valid for 24 hours only unless otherwise specified in writing by a Travel Creationz consultant. This 24-hour validity period specifically excludes airline tickets and airfares. Airline fares are subject to availability and change without notice and can only be guaranteed once the airline ticket has been booked, paid for in full and issued. Air tickets must therefore be booked and paid for at the same time in order to secure the quoted fare.
- Special offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Block-out dates, minimum stays, peak-season supplements and other restrictions may apply.
Travel Creationz reserves the right to correct any pricing, availability, typographical or system error at any time, including after an enquiry has been submitted.
User and Booking Agreement
Information displayed on the Travel Creationz website and contained in quotations constitutes an invitation to do business and does not itself create a confirmed booking.
Travel Creationz acts as an agent or intermediary for its respective business partners and suppliers. The agreement for the actual travel service is therefore between the traveller and the relevant supplier.
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received, cleared and accepted and the relevant supplier has confirmed the reservation.
Booking and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Travel Creationz requires a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
The remaining 70% balance is due no later than six weeks before departure. Where travel takes place within six weeks of booking, full payment is required immediately.
Bookings may become non-refundable and non-changeable from six weeks before departure or earlier where the supplier applies stricter conditions.
Payment may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or another payment method approved by Travel Creationz.
A 3.5% card merchant fee may be added to card payments where applicable. Airline tickets may be excluded from this fee arrangement or may be subject to separate payment conditions.
Card Payment Security
Travel Creationz does not collect, store or retain credit or debit card details on its website servers or database.
Card payments may be processed by an independent, secure payment provider. Card details are encrypted and processed directly by the payment gateway and are not accessible to Travel Creationz.
Confirmation and Delivery
Subject to availability and receipt of cleared payment, booking requests will be processed and confirmed by way of a digital voucher, booking confirmation, itinerary or travel document delivered by email or another agreed electronic method.
The traveller must carefully review all confirmation documents and immediately report any incorrect names, dates, destinations, services or other discrepancies.
Changes, Refunds and Cancellations
All changes, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier, airline, hotel, tour operator or service provider.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- Bookings may be non-refundable and non-changeable once full payment has been received.
- No refunds will be granted for no-shows, non-arrival, early departure or unused services.
- Approved refunds may be subject to supplier penalties, administration fees, banking charges and payment-processing fees.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Travel Creationz will assist the traveller where possible, but the final decision remains with the supplier.
Unauthorised or improper chargebacks may be disputed and may result in recovery action.
Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
It is entirely the traveller's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documentation is correct, valid and available before departure.
This includes passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination certificates, health documents, parental-consent documents, birth certificates and any other entry or exit requirements.
Travel Creationz will not be held liable where a traveller is denied boarding, transit, entry or travel because of missing, expired, incomplete or invalid documentation.
Passport validity
Many destinations require a passport to be valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure or return date and to contain sufficient blank pages. Some destinations may apply longer validity rules.
Travellers must verify the exact requirements for every destination and transit country before travel.
Children travelling internationally
Additional documentation may be required for minors, including birth certificates, parental-consent affidavits or supporting documents where one or both parents are not travelling.
Travellers must verify current requirements with the South African Department of Home Affairs and the relevant destination authorities.
Visas
Visa requirements differ according to destination, transit country, nationality and passport type. Travellers must confirm all visa requirements before departure.
Health and vaccination requirements
Travellers must confirm any vaccination, testing, quarantine, yellow-fever, health-certificate or other medical-entry requirements applicable to their destination or transit route.
Travel Insurance
Travel Creationz strongly recommends that every traveller obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, curtailment, lost baggage, delays, missed connections and other unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is arranged between the traveller and the insurance provider. Travel Creationz will not be involved in insurance claims or disputes unless separately agreed in writing.
Travel Creationz will not be liable for any loss arising from a traveller's decision not to obtain adequate travel insurance.
Airline Ticket Conditions
Where flights are included in a booking, tickets must be used in the exact sequence shown in the itinerary. Airlines may cancel remaining sectors if flights are not used in sequence.
- Baggage allowances vary by airline, route and ticket class.
- Additional or excess baggage may incur extra charges payable by the traveller.
- Seat selection is subject to availability and airline fees.
- Flight schedules, routes, terminals, operating carriers and timings may change without notice.
- Online check-in, airport check-in and compliance with airline reporting times remain the traveller's responsibility.
Travellers must reconfirm flight details directly with the airline before departure. Travel Creationz will not be liable for missed flights, schedule changes, rerouting, delays or additional costs arising from failure to comply with airline requirements.
Hotel Standards and Location
Hotel standards, star ratings and classifications vary between countries and regions and should be treated as a general guideline only.
Travellers are strongly encouraged to review hotel facilities, room descriptions, location details and recent independent guest reviews before confirming a booking.
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that the selected accommodation meets their expectations regarding comfort, quality, facilities, location and surroundings.
Some accommodation may be located in busy city areas, entertainment districts, nightlife zones, pub streets or other areas with increased noise or activity. Travel Creationz will not be liable for dissatisfaction relating to the location, surroundings or environment of the accommodation.
Transfers
Transfer services are subject to the conditions of the relevant supplier.
- Unless otherwise stated, transfers generally allow one standard item of luggage per traveller.
- Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges and must be requested in advance.
- Transfer times may change due to traffic, weather, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- Drivers may apply a maximum waiting period from the actual flight arrival time.
- Failure to meet the driver within the supplier's waiting period may be treated as a no-show.
Any replacement transfer, vehicle upgrade or alternative transport requested by the traveller may be charged to the traveller.
Tours and Excursions
Tours and excursions are operated by independent suppliers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate.
- Tours may be amended, rescheduled or cancelled due to safety, weather, operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- Travellers must reconfirm tour details at least 24 hours before departure.
- Travellers must be ready at the confirmed pick-up point before the stated departure time.
- Missed tours caused by late arrival or absence may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.
Changes Requested by the Traveller
Travel Creationz will assist with requested amendments where possible. All changes remain subject to availability and supplier approval.
Any fare difference, supplier penalty, amendment fee, administration fee or additional cost will be for the traveller's account.
Once travel has commenced, unused services are generally non-refundable. Any changes made during travel may need to be arranged directly with the relevant supplier.
Force Majeure
Travel Creationz shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, loss, damage or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include war, threats of war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, fire, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government action, border closures, supplier failure or similar events.
In these circumstances, Travel Creationz and its suppliers may cancel, amend, delay or replace travel arrangements without liability, subject to applicable supplier rules and law.
Customer Privacy and POPIA
Travel Creationz takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and processes such information in accordance with applicable South African data protection law, including POPIA.
Personal information may include names, contact details, identification information, passport information, travel preferences and booking details.
Information may be used to process bookings, provide travel services, communicate with travellers, meet legal requirements and share necessary details with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer providers and other suppliers.
Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal and booking-record requirements.
This website may use cookies to improve functionality, security and user experience.
Applicable Law
This website is created, maintained and controlled in the Republic of South Africa.
These terms, the use of this website and agreements arising from bookings are governed by South African law and fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Where a supplier is located outside South Africa, the booking may also be subject to the laws, rules and conditions applicable in the supplier's country.
Variation
Travel Creationz reserves the right to update, amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on this website will apply from its publication date.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, accepting a quotation, confirming a booking, submitting payment or using services arranged by Travel Creationz, the traveller confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The traveller also accepts the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, insurers and other suppliers shown in the booking confirmation.
